As a prelude to adding multiplayer to Flock Control, I’m first of all adding replays of completed challenges. You’ll be able to watch replays of other players games from the OpenFeint leaderboards, as well as your own!

I might add OpenFeint challenges whilst I’m at it…

A new version of Flock Control is now available!

The update has added OpenFeint integration, giving:

  • Online leaderboards: compare your best times to your friends, other players nearby and the rest of the world!
  • Achievements: these give an extra layer of challenges, including rewards for bathing sheep, saving masses of sheep and completing levels using only one dog!

Enjoy and please post any feed back to theĀ Flock Control forums or to the new OpenFeint forums, which can be accessed from within the game.

As promised, Flock Control 1.1 is now available and features 5 brand new levels in a new county called Lancashire. The levels are of easy difficulty, about the same as the Norfolk level set.

A lot of difficulty balancing has also been done, making it easier to get award sheep and unlock new levels. Other improvements include the sheep not bleating quite as much (you can turn your sound back on now!), a new WHITE SHEEP award for when you complete the level but don’t quite get that bronze, and small targets are now a bit ’stickier’ making it easier to get the sheep to stay on them.

I’ve also added links from the game to this website, Flock Control’s Twitter Feed and Facebook page.

Enjoy and please post any feed back to the Flock Control forums!

Flock Control 1.1 is currently in testing before being submitted to Apple.

Changes include the addition of a new county, Lancashire, with 5 new levels. The levels are relatively easy, about the same difficulty as the Norfolk levels. The game is also being made much easier, meaning that it’s both easier to obtain awards and it’s easier to unlock levels.

Expect it within the next week or two!
